And it wasn&#8217;t until I started doing this that I found it MUCH easier to keep my body fat down in the zone where I feel and look my best. The women and men who adopt this &#8216;meal shifting&#8217; tactic love it because it helps them reduce calories and burn more fat by reducing the &#8216;daily window&#8217; of calorie consumption.</p>
<p>Essentially &#8211; by condensing the amount of time, during the day, to consume calories &#8211; it makes it more difficult to ingest too many calories. This &#8216;unconventional&#8217; tactic may not be popular with &#8216;by the book&#8217; type nutritionists. But the truth is &#8211; it works and is quite safe and conservative for most people. <p>1 &#8211; Bananas<br />
This is one of my all time favorites &#8211; and I eat one every day. Bananas are a great source of magnesium (good for your bones and heart health) &#8211; and they are loaded with potassium (about 400 milligrams in a medium one). This is good since we are supposed to get close to 5,000 milligrams of potassium per day. Remember, potassium helps regulate blood pressure, fights bone loss and reduces your risk of kidney stones.</p>
<p>2 &#8211; Brown Rice<br />
The difference between white rice and brown rice is not the color. White rice is brown rice AFTER it has been processed and devalued. Unlike white rice, brown rice is a true whole grain &#8211; because it still has the bran and germ of the natural grain. So you get the true &#8216;whole grain&#8217; benefits &#8211; and about 10 times as much body-benefiting potassium and phosphorus.</p>
<p>3 &#8211; Bran<br />
Either as cold cereal or hot cereal &#8211; bran kicks butt (I love oat bran cooked in water for breakfast [around 11:30am] with a medium banana, and 2 tablespoons of ground flax seed).</p>
<p>What do you get? A very nice dose of fiber, magnesium &#8211; and some VERY good quality carbohydrates.</p>
<p>4 &#8211; Brussel(s) Sprouts<br />

<p>Ladies of all ages, shapes, weights and sizes are plagued by lower body cellulite issues. Some women have it from childhood and others get it later in life, usually after having children. Cellulite can also get worse as the years pass &#8211; if the wrong treatment choices are made when trying to get rid of it.</p>
<p>Because of this ever-growing and desperate market &#8211; there is a grossly overwhelming list of &#8220;cellulite treatments&#8221; on the market. These supposed anti-cellulite solutions range from cleverly named lotions to space-age body-pods found in &#8220;medi-spas&#8221;.</p>
<p>With all of these ineffective offerings available &#8211; the desperate woman jumps from one to the other, wasting hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars trying to get rid of the appearance of the dimpled, bumpy and &#8216;orange peel&#8217; skin in her butt, leg, hips and thigh areas.</p>
<p>What most women don&#8217;t know is that no passive treatment can get rid of cellulite. It&#8217;s simply impossible. And here&#8217;s why&#8230; Cellulite results from weak, mushy and un-toned muscles in the lower body.</p>
