A cellulite brush is a brush used to improve the appearance of cellulite and sagging skin. Cellulite brush consists essentially of “brushing” the area we want to improve, activating blood circulation and lymphatic vessels, thus get rid of adipose fat.
While cellulite can be concentrated in specific areas such as hips, thighs, buttocks and stomach, it’s usually recommended to use a cellulite brush over your whole body. This is due to the belief that improving and promoting the blood circulation is one of the most important ways to get rid of cellulite. Using a brush to the entire body, including limbs that are remote from the cellulite, helps to improve overall circulation and therefore help get rid of cellulite.
The essence of these brushes is that they have stiff bristles. Approximately must have a hardness similar to that of a clothes brush for dry brushing anti cellulite. The brushing is done with gentle circular motion. Cellulite brush also tones muscles and helps quickly get rid of all that baby fat. The bristles of the brush is very relaxing if done correctly because it can also be treated as a full body massage. In addition to helping the movement, it also serves to exfoliate dead skin cells.
Maybe at first the skin is a bit red when using the cellulite brush, but then you can always put a moisturizer to calm the area and stop any minor skin irritation.
Start an exercise routine, even a simple one will do. Take a brisk walk every morning and do a few stretches are good for your body and your skin too. Start at the bottom of the foot and brush the top and bottom of the foot for five times. After brushing the ankles and then, slowly moving in the upward direction to the knees. Start with your feet and work your way up your legs, brushing up against chest and arms across the back. Do this before your morning shower.
When you try to get rid of cellulite, it is important to drink plenty of water. This helps to clear the body. Drinking is very helpful in efforts to rid the body of cellulite and cellular waste.
